Setting the Scene
The ‘Our Wilder Family’ event, a standout feature of the concluding festivities for Coventry City of Culture, captivated large audiences in a manner reminiscent of a traditional fireworks display.
Approach
- The campaign featured a striking Phoenix-themed artwork, reflecting Coventry’s nickname ‘Phoenix City’, with an image of a Phoenix rising before an awe-struck crowd.
- This record-breaking UK drone display attracted nearly 30,000 spectators, far exceeding the anticipated 10,000, who were treated to an unprecedented 16-minute light show inspired by natural beauty.
- To improve accessibility, the entire event was live-streamed, utilising innovative 5G technology for a seamless viewing experience.
- As part of our commitment to this project, we offered an extensive package of services, including Marketing Direction to strategically guide the overall campaign.
