Working closely with the innovative team behind the experience, ELM played a crucial role in the development and execution of the launch of new venue and brand Labyrinth Waterloo. Our primary objective was to capture the essence of the wildly creative and mischievous minds of Les Enfants Terribles, the creators behind the internationally renowned immersive show ‘Alice’s Adventures Underground’. Through meticulous planning and creative execution, we brought this vision to life, ensuring that every aspect of the branding resonated with the whimsical elements of their work.

Setting the Scene

Visitors will embark on a 90-minute journey through narrative theatre, unravelling the mystery of Alice who finds herself lost in the enigmatic looking glass. The setting of Labyrinth Waterloo is an extraordinary and immersive destination that offers a unique blend of bar, restaurant, and performance space at The Sidings. It’s an ambitious area that pushes the boundaries of what an immersive experience can and should be, inviting visitors to step into a world unlike any other.

Approach

  • From the initial stages, we provided expert guidance in Marketing Direction, helping to carefully shape the overall direction of the campaign.
  • We played a crucial role in Box Office Set-Up, ensuring smooth operations and efficient ticketing processes to grow revenue.
  • As part of the Sales, Ticket & Revenue Management work, we drove ticket sales and reached target audiences, implementing tactics to boost ticket demand.
  • In terms of creative execution, our Artwork Management services ensured visually appealing designs across multiple platforms, capturing the essence of the project.
  • With expertise in Media Planning & Buying, with our media partners, we strategically executed advertising campaigns to increase exposure and generate buzz.
  • Through Budget Planning, we ensured optimal allocation of resources, allowing ELM to maximise return on investment.
  • Our Agency Management team coordinated and collaborated with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth execution of various aspects of the project.

Outcome

In partnership with our Digital Strategy team, we leveraged the power of technology to create engaging online experiences and reach wider audiences. We further developed a comprehensive Social Media Strategy, working on various digital platforms to connect with the ideal target audience and to build a strong online presence. With our range of support services, we ventured down the rabbit hole to ensure a successful and seamless execution of the project.
